These terms cover your use of this site and the recorded lectures on it. By creating an account or buying access you agree to them.
Your account
One account is for one person. It is tied to your name and phone number, and both are shown faintly over every video you watch. Do not share your sign in details; if you do, anything watched from your account is your responsibility.
You can watch on up to two devices at a time by default. If you change phones, you can ask for a device reset from your account page and the tutor will clear the old one.
What you are buying
Access to watch a part, a lecture or a whole subject on this site, for the period shown at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay; there is no subscription and nothing renews on its own.
Access starts when the tutor approves your payment, not when you transfer the money. Approval is done by a person and is usually the same day.
What you may not do
Download, record, screen capture, reupload or share any lecture, in whole or in part. The videos are for you to watch here. An account found sharing recordings will be suspended, and access already paid for is not refunded in that case.
Availability
The site depends on services the tutor does not run, such as video hosting, the database and the hosting platform, and may occasionally be unavailable. Access periods are not extended for short outages. If something is down for days, contact the tutor and she will put it right.
Changes
These terms may change as the site does. The date at the bottom says when they last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
